Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Leffah account and its data yourself, directly from the mobile app. No email request or waiting on support is needed.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Leffah app Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Delete Account You'll find it at the bottom of the Profile screen.
- Confirm your request Read the warning and confirm. Deletion begins straight away.
What Gets Removed
Once you confirm, we permanently remove:
- Your profile Name, email address, phone number, and saved delivery addresses.
- Your preferences Saved payment methods, favourites, dietary and allergy notes, and marketing preferences.
- Your order history Past orders linked to your account, along with any loyalty points or rewards balance.
This cannot be undone. Deleted accounts and their data cannot be recovered, and
unused rewards or credit are forfeited. If you have an order in progress, wait until it is delivered
before deleting.
We keep a limited set of transaction and invoice records where tax and commercial regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia require it. These are retained only for that purpose and are not used to contact you or for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
